From Taos, Santa Fe, and points south:
- Take US-285 N/US-84 W, continuing on US-84 W towards Chama
- Before arriving into Abiquiu, turn right onto Road #554 towards El Rito
- Immediately after crossing the Chama River, turn left onto County Rd 155
- Follow the road for about three miles until you see the overhead Dar al Islam main entrance sign on your right.
From Chama, and points north:
- Take US-64 E/US-84 E towards Abiquiu
- Shortly after the Abiquiu Elementary School, turn left on County Road 155
- Continue for about 2 miles until you come to the overhead Dar al Islam main entrance sign on your left.
