Professional Training

Building effective Muslim institutions in North America requires Islamic workers who can work in a skilled, goal-oriented manner. The objectives of these Professional Training programs included: increasing the number and the skill-level of Muslims with ability to serve as group-process facilitators; increasing the knowledge of non-profit management skills; and encouraging greater levels of cooperation among Muslims working in organizational and human resource development.
